Returns & Exchanges
General Merchandise
- We accept returns, with the exception of personalized merchandise i.e., embroidered or screen-printed merchandise.
- All returns must have prior authorization. You must contact Cadden's Sportstown Customer Service to obtain a return authorization (RA) code. Please include this code with the returned merchandise.
- All returned items must be in salable condition.
- All returned items must have the original packaging and be in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the product.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- When you receive your shipment, inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or visual damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- You must notify our customer service department of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
Group Sales
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all group sales returns.
- Please read the above information on general merchandise. Unless it is specified differently under group sales, the information under general merchandise also applies to group sales.
Personalized Merchandise
- Personalized merchandise cannot be returned, i.e., embroidered and screen-printed merchandise.
Final Sale/Closeout Merchandise
- All final sale merchandise is non-refundable.
